Frequently asked questions
Some services have fixed base prices, while others are bespoke depending on requirements. We always provide a clear quote before booking.
For large bespoke or full-service events, an initial consultation fee of £150 may apply. This is deducted from the final booking if you proceed.
Filling our Booking form will set the event in our Calendar. Payment of a Security deposit (If required) will secure the date and It will be fully confirmed once the Booking Fee is fully paid.
Changes can be made up to 14 days prior to the event, all depending on availability.
We’re based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and primarily serve Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire. We also cover Greater London, Berkshire, and Wiltshire, and are happy to travel anywhere in the UK to bring our premium event planning services to you. A mileage charge of £0.45 per mile may apply depending on the event’s location.
Yes. All our services include delivery, full setup, styling and collection unless otherwise stated.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Popular dates can fill up several weeks in advance.
Yes, Indoor Sleepovers require a £50 Security and Damages deposit, For Bell Tents & Picnics is £100.
The Deposit will secure the date and it's separate from the Booking Fee and Fully refundable within 48hrs of collection the equipment, provided there was no damages
Our 4m bell tent comfortably accommodates up to 4 beds for a sleepover (or 5 if you don’t mind being cozy). The 5m bell tent is perfect for up to 6 beds (8 if snug) and can seat around 15 as a stylish lounge area.
Our 4m bell tent needs a 6m x 6m space with 3m height clearance. The 5m bell tent requires 7m x 7m space and 4m height. We can't set up on pathways, decking, or artificial grass. Please consider any play equipment, garden furniture, and overhanging trees when measuring. We'll need to secure the tent with pegs in your lawn.
We offer 4m and 5m bell tents. A 4m tent needs at least 6m x 6m of space, and a 5m tent needs 7m x 7m.
Bell tents must be set up on natural grass with soft ground underneath. Artificial grass or hard ground is not suitable as the tent can not me secured safely
Each sleepover tent requires a space of 90cm x 210cm, which includes room for the tray and decorations. If space is limited, let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide tailored advice.
Yes. All our parties can be personalised. For bespoke or character-inspired themes, we style using matching colours and décor. Branded items can be supplied by the client or sourced by us and invoiced separately.
Our most popular themes include Cinema, Glam (Pamper), Boho Pink, Boho Sage, Under the Sea, Gaming, Jungle, Dinosaurs, Fidget Poppers and Potions & Spells. We also create bespoke themes.
We recommend around 90cm x 190cm per tent, plus extra space for tent poles and a clear walking area in front for safety. We can work around smaller spaces.
There is no maximum number of tents, subject to availability. The minimum package includes two tents.
Yes, we provide professional childcare services for weddings, including our Wedding Kids’ Corners and experienced nanny and babysitting services. Your little ones will be entertained and cared for, allowing you to enjoy your special day worry-free.
Yes, all our nannies are fully vetted, insured, and hold Extended DBS checks. We adhere to Ofsted staff-to-children ratios, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care for your children.
The minimum booking is 5 hours at £35 per hour per nanny.
Our standard picnic includes up to 6 people. Additional guests can be added.
No. Balloon and backdrop services do not have a minimum spend. Prices vary depending on size and design.
