Little Pineapple Parties is based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. We primarily serve Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire, but we also cover Greater London, Berkshire, and Wiltshire. Additionally, we are available to travel anywhere within the UK to bring our premium event planning services to you.

Yes, we apply a postcode-based mileage charge starting from HP1. For all bookings, the first 15 miles are free. After the first 15 miles, there is a charge of £0.45 per mile (round trip). For sleepovers with 6 tents or more, the first 30 miles are free. For any picnic, bell tent, or other booking over £300, the first 30 miles are also free.

Each sleepover guest will receive a Foam or Air mattress, mattress protector, a fitted sheet, blankets, a duvet and a pillow with a pillowcase and various cushions to match your theme. All bedding is washed in non-bio washing powder. Please inform us of any allergies your party may have

We understand that accidents happen. We have liability insurance to cover serious accidents to your property. However, we do take a security deposit, which is returned to you within 48 hours of collecting the equipment. Our T&Cs detail the process for handling damages. During setup, we will check the equipment with you to show you how everything works and ensure you are satisfied with its condition.

For a sleepover, our 4m bell tent takes 4 people comfortably (adult size), 5 at a push. Our 5-metre bell tent sleeps up to 6 comfortably, 8 at a squeeze and seats 12 to 14 comfortably as a Lounge.

The good old British weather is unpredictable to say the least. Our bell tents are fully waterproof and can withstand all weather. We would only cancel due to weather that would compromise the safety of you and you party or us erecting the tent. The bell tent sleepover season is March to September. We can bring the graze party inside minus the tent so your party can still go ahead.

For our 4m bell tent, we require 6 mx 6m of space and 2m height. For our 5 we need 7m x 7m and 3m height. We cannot erect the tent on pathways, decking or artificial grass. When measuring please take into account any play equipment, garden furniture and overhanging trees (for the height). We will need to hammer pegs into your lawn to secure the tent.
